Since 2023, the Work@Heart career entry programme has been offering coaching, workshops, collaborations and networking on all aspects of a successful job start after graduation. At the heart of the support offered is the certificate programme, which teaches interdisciplinary skills that are in demand in the working world now and in the future.

So far, there has been a choice of three thematic specialisations - "Perspectives on sustainability", "Digital working world" and "Intercultural skills". In the coming semester, the programme will be expanded to include another additional qualification: "Diversity and self-care".
