Start of the Degree Programme Arts Management and Cultural Work
Welcome to the beginning of the Bachelor's programme in Arts Management and Cultural Work at the CITY | BUILDING | CULTURE department at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. We organise an introductory week for first-year students and newly enrolled students at the beginning of the semester.
Information on the start of studies
The Fresher's Week will take place in the winter semester 2024/25 from 30/09/ – 04/10/2024, information on the programme can be found here at the beginning of September.
Please also note the following dates:
- The Matriculation Ceremony will take place on 30/09/2024 in the large lecture theatre in the main building from 9.00 am – 1o.30 am. Participation in this event is voluntary.
- On Wednesday, 02/10/2024, the welcome by the degree programme lecturers will take place at 11.00 am in the theatre hall in the main building.
- On Wednesday, 02/10/2024, the IT introductory event and security briefing for all first-semester students will take place from 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm in the large lecture theatre in the main building. This event is mandatory!
Note on the semester ticket 2024
Please note that the semester ticket is only valid from the 1st of October 2024! For trips to the campus before this date, you must pay for the corresponding tickets yourself.
