Numerous marketing measures are available to you, which can be realised without a budget or with a low financial outlay, as well as with a larger budget. We offer personalised advice to help you develop the right strategies for your project or area.

For projects without a budget, the following options may be of interest: the use of the FHP website, the media wall and information displays in the buildings, e-mail communication, personal recommendations and local and social networks.

For (more extensive) marketing campaigns, such as adverts in search engines, social networks or on public displays as well as posters and banners, higher budgets are usually required - often in the four-figure range - and a longer lead time is needed for planning.

Get in touch with us! There is always the opportunity to present topics on the various platforms. As we work with an editorial plan, it is important that you get in touch as soon as possible.

We place great importance on targeting the respective audience and ensuring that the wording and graphic presentation are harmoniously integrated into our corporate image. Please note that not every topic is suitable for every channel. Posts on all channels generally require appropriate visual material, ideally in the form of real photos or videos.

We always welcome insights into everyday life at the university, whether they relate to excursions as part of the degree programme, perspectives from your research project, or team days. It's often the little moments and glimpses behind the scenes that make contributions special.

We would be happy to advise you on the most suitable content for your target group.

In the Marketing and Content Management department, we primarily support the creation of content for central events and interdisciplinary topics, as well as for marketing campaigns.

As we are a small team, our capacity for developing content is limited. Are there any employees or student assistants in your department who could help? If so, please involve us at an early stage – we will be happy to offer our advice.

It depends on what you have in mind! Which topics should be communicated? Who is the target group? Do you have the personnel and time resources in your project/area?

Content creation, planning and community management can be time-consuming. Social media channels need to be used regularly. Algorithms and functions are constantly changing and new trends are always emerging, so it is necessary to familiarise yourself with the platform. Taking the step towards your own channel should be considered very carefully. We are happy to support you in the decision-making process.

Yes -  you will find numerous templates (presentations, posters etc.) in the corporate design of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, take a look into the internal area. These include presentation, poster and organisation chart templates, door signs, background motifs for online conferences etc. These templates are still being expanded. All files can be edited using standard Office programmes. Please contact us if you are missing something.
