The cultural landscape is changing rapidly. Museums, theatres and cultural centres must find new ways to remain more diverse, sustainable and therefore more visible. The continuing education course "Cultural Institutions in Transformation", offered by the Centre for Further and Continuing Education (ZEW) at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, will take place from the 10th to the 12th of July 2025 and will provide practical insights into the topics of teaming, digital visibility, artificial intelligence, sustainability and the strategic development of cultural brands in exchange with experts.

Workshops, case studies and discussions in the "Cultural Institutions in Transformation" training programme enable new perspectives and sustainable solutions. Participants receive practical impulses for the development of strong cultural brands, strategies for organisational development and the application of artificial intelligence. One highlight is the exchange with a cultural institution that is currently undergoing change.

"A successful transformation requires both a willingness to change and appreciative communication," says course leader Dr. Simone Oelker. "The training programme shows practical ways to make cultural institutions fit for the future. "
