The FHP Mobile is once again represented at this year's Potsdam Science Day with exciting projects from the university.
More than 30 universities, schools and research institutions in Brandenburg present their day-to-day work beyond the walls of their institutes. The Potsdam Science Day offers a varied programme for the whole family. Admission is free. In 2024, the Potsdam Science Day will take place in the "Albert Einstein" Science Park on Telegrafenberg.
The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam will be represented by the FHP Mobil. The following will be presented:
- Results of the course "Data Embroidery" by Prof. Constanze Langer and Prof. Dr. Sebastian Meier: As part of the course, open data of the state of Brandenburg was visualised and transformed into physical exhibits using embroidery machines, 3D printers, textile looms or model making.
- CLIMATE MAPS - Physical and digital postcards for each of the 401 districts and 16 federal states in Germany with visualisations of various aspects of climate protection in Germany: These were created in collaboration with the taz, the daily newspaper in our Urban Complexity Lab under the direction of Prof. Dr. Marian D?rk.
