Developing Innovative Business Ideas with Radio Teddy

The new course offered as part of the FLEX elective modules deals for the first time with the development and further development of knowledge-intensive company models and explains what needs to be taken into account.

The FLEX course provides an insight into the development and further development of knowledge-intensive business ideas. Students learn about the essential components of a business model as well as the special features of services and requirements for the management of innovations in companies. In the winter semester, the focus is on the development of a business model for a family radio station in the future. Students gain an insight into selected processes and the working methods of Radio Teddy Potsdam. A research-based method is used to develop scenarios for a family radio station of the future.

Is it all just FLEX?

As a reminder: In addition to the courses offered in their own degree programme, students can also take interdisciplinary FLEX courses. This semester, there are 4 FLEX elective modules from the Entrepreneurship School with 6 different courses to choose from. In this way, students can acquire knowledge that is not available within their subject area and collect ECTS credits in the process.

Enrolment takes place via Moodle: https://ecampus.fh-potsdam.de/course/view.php?id=9924
The enrolment code is: FLEX09CWS

The course "Innovation Management" requires active participation (including a visit to Radio Teddy) and takes place partly in presence and partly in Zoom. Students from all faculties have the opportunity to have FLEX elective modules credited with 5 ECTS credits for their Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
