Tracking Down Fake News with Digital Tools (CheckThat! Lab)

Prof. Dr. Julia Maria Stru? (Professor of Applied Data Science) from the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam (FHP) will provide input on fake news and how it can be tracked down using digital tools.

From January 2025, the monthly event will take place on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 8.30 am to 9.30 am.

The aim of the format is to improve the transfer of knowledge between the universities in North and West Brandenburg and regional stakeholders in the region. The format starts with an expert input (approx. 30 minutes) and then offers sufficient time for questions and discussion.

In February, Prof. Dr. Julia Maria Stru? (Professor of Applied Data Science) from the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam (FHP) will give an input on fake news and explain how it can be tracked down using digital tools.
