EXIST Start-Up Grant for Glasshome

The founders of Glasshome want to make the property sector more needs-oriented. They have now received the coveted funding approval.
The Glasshome start-up team receives the EXIST start-up grant for its innovative idea. The financial support is intended to help the founders earn a living during the business plan preparation and start-up phase. Grants for necessary materials, coaching and co. round off the support.
Ingenious hack against housing shortages and vacancies
Glasshome brings a breath of fresh air to the property world: with a modular, software-based approach, the start-up makes it possible not only to visualise living spaces in vacant office and industrial buildings as well as in structurally weak regions at an early stage ? but also to actively help shape them.
Using an intuitive platform, property developers and buyers can configure customised housing solutions, plan them to a high architectural standard and purchase them directly. This creates living space that adapts to real needs ? not the other way round.
Important support for Glasshome
The five-strong team led by interface designer Julian Lucas Wohlleber combines expertise in architecture, design, technology and the property industry. With a clear vision for customer-centric, low-risk property development, Glasshome is now looking for 450,000 euros for growth, partner acquisition and market entry ? preferably with investors who have networks and experience in the industry.
