The study-accompanying programme for career entry in Brandenburg offers students guidance in choosing a career, provides targeted training in skills that will help them find their (dream) job and supports them in building a solid network.

Work@Heart is a comprehensive service for students that accompanies them on their way from the seminar room to the job interview: With insights into companies, skills training and qualification opportunities, it supports a successful career start.
The programme is made up of various modules that can be used independently of each other and at any point during the course of study. Only the certificate programme is open to students from the 3rd semester onwards. Work@Heart is aimed at anyone who wants to reflect on their study and job goals and become a professional part of Brandenburg.
"Working is more than earning money. Your job accounts for a large part of your life and reflects your own mindset. Why should we settle for anything less?" emphasises Anke Lüers-Salzmann, Project Coordinator at the Start-up bob体育平台官网 and Management Qualification Centre.

Work@Heart offers more than just recommendations and referrals: The programme includes advice and qualification offers from the first to the last semester. The three components - career advice and planning, the certificate programme and the accompanying programme of events - are tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of the participants. This also allows students with families or English-speaking students to participate. It is possible to join the programme at any time, up to a maximum of 1 year after graduation.

For students who need stress-free and undisturbed work, work and meeting spaces or co-working spaces are available in the Entrepreneurship & Management Lab on campus and in the computer centre. If you have any questions, simply send an email to 360gradzukunft@fh-potsdam.de.

Brandenburg as an attractive place to work
Work@Heart particularly emphasises the advantages of the state of Brandenburg, which offers ideal conditions for a good work-life balance. The nature, culture and good infrastructure make it possible to develop any lifestyle. Progressive working time models, cosmopolitanism, sustainability and proximity to the metropolis of Berlin make Brandenburg an attractive place to work, which attracts the start-up scene for good reason.
