ttt #6: Constellation Analysis – making Complexity visible and workable

The constellation analysis enables the visualisation and mapping of different perspectives and the joint development of strategies. As part of the ttt events ("Testing transdisciplinary tools"), we would like to present and test the constellation analysis.
Constellation analyses can be used in a variety of ways. In the context of transdisciplinary projects, it enables the presentation and mapping of different perspectives and the joint development of strategies, e.g. in dealing with (structural) requirements and different expectations, at the beginning and in the course of the research. In the subsequent research process, constellation analysis can be used to integrate results and analyse measures in terms of their effectiveness over a longer period of time.
Along a structured process, social actors (e.g. individuals or groups of actors), natural elements (e.g. air, water, landscape), technical elements (e.g. hardware, power plants, infrastructure) and sign elements (e.g. standards, laws, guiding principles) are analysed as part of the constellation analysis. (e.g. norms, laws, guiding principles) and, depending on the objective, presented, integrated and analysed over time.
In our sixth ttt workshop, we would like to briefly introduce you to the tried and tested constellation analysis and try it out together with you. As always, the focus will be on sharing ideas.
Important for our planning: Please register your participation by the 16th of April 2025 via the DFN link. The link to the online event will be sent to all workshop participants shortly before the start.
Do you have specific questions on the topic that we should definitely address? Then please send us your questions in advance to wissenstransfer@innowest-brandenburg.de
