The "Women on their way" event is once again taking place as part of this year's Brandenburg Women's Weeks "Trotz(t)dem". The aim is to encourage women, founders and entrepreneurs to realise their own ideas, to get to know each other and to network, as well as to strengthen the exchange of knowledge and experience. Participation is free of charge.

Participants can expect exciting start-up and career stories as well as interactive panel discussions. Among others, four female founders and entrepreneurs will tell their start-up stories and three female managing directors from Potsdam companies will report on their day-to-day management work. There will also be the opportunity to actively engage in dialogue with experts on leadership, mental health and work-life balance at themed islands. Of course, there will also be plenty of opportunities to get to know each other and network. The partners of the event (Economic Development of the State Capital Potsdam, IHK Potsdam, Potsdam Chamber of Crafts, Social Impact, WFBB, Lotsendienst Potsdam and Potsdam-Mittelmark, Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg and the Autonomous Women's Centre Potsdam) will also be available for individual discussions.
