The aim of the annual conferences is to facilitate an intensive dialogue between academia and practice and to strengthen cooperation across federal states. This year's meeting will focus on the future of the library profession.

Practical presentations and panel discussions with established practitioners as well as presentations by lecturers from the Department of Information Science will be offered.
