Social Justice and Diversity Training ? Successful Completion of the 22nd Round

On the 17th of May 2025, the participants of the in-service training course "Social Justice and Diversity Training" celebrated their successful graduation.
The practice-orientated training promotes an intensive exchange and aims to strengthen the inclusion, participation and involvement of people regardless of their diversity categories. Participants learn to recognise and combat structural discrimination in the context of power and domination relationships at both an individual and institutional level.
The final days of the training programme were used to reflect on the skills gained during the course. As part of a final colloquium, the participants presented their learning outcomes to the group. Afterwards, the Centre for Further and Continuing Education and the course instructors Jonathan Czollek and Corinne Kaszner wished the participants all the best for their future careers at the certificate presentation ceremony.
The course, which is now renowned throughout Germany and in high demand, is offered under the academic direction of Leah Carola Czollek and Prof. Dr Gudrun Perko from the Department of Social and Educational Sciences in close cooperation with the Institute for Social Justice and Radical Diversity in Berlin.
