Stress management in everyday working life for library and archive staff
We are exposed to various stressors at work. Life has become faster. Many things are changing. Our society and our lives are exposed to many risks. Balancing work and private life can be challenging. In this seminar, we will take a closer look at stress.
Why do I get stressed by things that don't bother others? How can I recognise stress, and more importantly, what can I practically do, even during working hours, to make myself feel good? There are so many methods, but which one is right for me? In this seminar, you will learn about short- and long-term coping strategies, as well as the factors that can contribute to mental and physical recovery.
This webinar is aimed at employees from archives and public libraries in Brandenburg. Access details will be sent to the relevant mailing lists of the target group. If you are interested in attending the event but have not received access details, please contact us.
